EVIDENCE OF WEATHER MODIFICATION

Between Two Ages) Background It seems like Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 a research paper presented to the air force on June 17 1996 should really have read Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2005. All we have to do is look up and one will notice that not all is right in our skies. Weatherwars.info by Scott Stevens, depicts from the perspective of a professional meteorologist the daily war being fought above our heads. Another great site to get massive amounts of information about this type of technology is Tom Bearden's site. His paper on Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons and their Terrorist Use is a most read. Those interested in more reading related to these subjects will find the HAARP Executive Summary put together by the Air Force Geophysics Laboratory and the Navy Office of Naval Research a very interesting read indeed. Controlling the Global Weather by Russ Hoffman of NIAC (NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts) is another interesting paper as well. Hoffman proposes the use of microwave energy as one of the controlling mechanisms that could be used to control the weather. This is not knew, if you search the web you can find much information concerning microwaves and their possible use in weather modification. One interesting characteristic of microwave energy is that depending on the frequency used one can deposit this energy at different altitudes in the atmosphere. There are numerous patents in the patent office that use just this feature of microwave energy. For example, from Weather as a Force Multiplier: A pare of microwave transmitters pump high power microwave energy into a predefined area in the atmosphere. This in turn creates a mirror like region of hot plasma in the atmosphere at the chosen altitude. Then a standard radar or OTH (Over the Horizon) radar is aimed at this artificial mirror extending or decreasing its range, depending on what radar is used, by hundreds to thousands of miles. From the HAARP Executive Summary: "Generation of ionization layers below 90 km to provide, radio wave reflectors (mirrors) which can be exploited for long range, over-the-horizon, HF/VHF/UHF surveillance purposes, including the detection of cruise missiles and other low observables." The energy from our sun creates wave reflectors (mirrors) naturally every day as it interacts with the ionosphere in the range between 50 to 200 miles above our heads. This phenomena is what makes world wide high frequency communications possible. Frequencies much above 30Mhz (Mega hertz) however tend to go right through the ionosphere into outer space with little or no refraction of the signal. So one needs to come up with something like the examples above to be able to refract a radar signal in the Ghz (Giga hertz) range back down to earth or overcome the limitations of the skip zone in the high frequency range. This is but one use of this technology, its other capabilities are far reaching. More importantly, it shows that the primary goal has always been about weaponizing the weather. We are given hints and clues every day concerning weather modification. Most are very subtle and to the untrained observer like myself nothing seems out of place. But sometimes they give us a whopper of a clue, as you will soon see. Recent Hurricane Anomalies: Tropical Storm Alberto The 2006 hurricane season started off with a bang! Tropical storm Alberto displayed a very interesting anomaly during its formation process over the golf. During the evening of June 11th Alberto was predicted not to gain in strength as conditions were not favorable for development. Miraculously though, in the morning of the 12th Alberto had strengthened to just below a category one hurricane with winds of 70 mph. The fallowing loops from MIMIC (Morphed Integrated Microwave Imagery at CIMSS) show the anomaly. The MIMIC sensors are sensitive in the 85 and 89 GHz range of the EM spectrum. In the MIMIC loops a flare-up of the storm is clearly visible in direct correlation with the anomaly. In addition, A barometric pressure drop in the storm can be seen while the anomaly is in effect.
